This is an excellent way to gauge your progress toward your ideal body composition. Periodic reassessments are available to help you gauge your progress. • weight loss - Your eating habits impact your ability to meet your fitness goals. Your analysis starts with a body composition test, an evaluation of your current eating habits and an interview to determine your nutritional needs.
